And, unplug the cord of the printer from the wall outlet. Wait for at least one minute. Then, restart the computer. Plug the power cord back on the wall. Reconnect the power cord to the printer. Press the Power button to switch on the printer. Then, ensure that the HP printer is connected to the computer or on the network.
